Summary

The name of the app is 'Opic Dishes'.

Goals

The goal of the app is to make it easy for employees in a large plaza to get their food, thereby giving them more time to focus on their work. I followed the double diamond process:

• Deliver

I started by finding out what potential users want and that resulted in the creation of personas.

Personas

Charles:
Male

• Resumes as early as 7a.m.
• Doesn’t skip a meal
• Buys food when he gets to work.

Pain

• The food he buys usually arrives late

Mimi:
Female

• Also resumes early
• Also buys food when she gets to work
• Loves having variety of food to eat and choose from

Gain

• She's able to get to work early because she doesn't have to cook at home

Pain

• She has to stick with whatever is available but is tired of eating the same type of food all the time

I checked out existing food apps to see what users where using and how they used it. I then created an app that will make it possible for users to just order food from their phones and get back to work while the food is delivered to them.
